Steve has over 35 years experience in a variety of industries, including aerospace, electronics, agrochemical, railroad, and industrial equipment, with a focus in mergers, acquisitions, and operations. He has spent the majority of his career working with partners and team members to create value through the acquisition, operation, and disposition of multiple businesses. Steve's conservative, long-term approach has helped produce winning results for his partners, resulting in enviable multiples on invested capital. His passion is working to grow the enterprise value of small to medium sized companies.

Steve possesses a well-rounded skill set that allows him to be most effective in dynamic environments such as acquisitions, divestitures, startups and other significant business transitions. His calm, rational approach to problem solving and decision-making helps keep the team’s efforts on the right track. Financial analysis and strategic planning are also key strengths.

Steve has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. After accepting his first position as a CFO at the age of 29, he has spent the last 25 years joined with other investors, identifying and investing in a number of businesses, and in many cases, has served as a day-to-day investor/manager for the business.

Pete has more than 30 years of international energy and environmental experience, with a successful track record of supporting organizations to achieve their business sustainability goals. Throughout his career, his successfully leadership with cross-functional roles across technical, strategy development, operations, sales, and corporate leadership roles. He has initiated and led ESG initiatives at environmental and manufacturing companies. Recent focus has been concentrated on developing innovative solutions to support low carbon energy transition strategies for industry and governments.

Mr. Baldwin has extensive experience with sustainability services that involve environmental permitting, planning, remediation, and decarbonization strategy services to Energy and Industrial companies in North and South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. He has founded several companies in environmental, data management, and water conservation, and holds 3 U.S. patents. Pete has a BA in Environmental Management from Texas State University and is completing an Energy MBA at Texas Christian University.

Matt Lack is responsible for the design, production, and monitoring of solid-state hydrogen storage containers, and producing several hydrogen and supercapacitor-driven solutions. He holds several industry certifications from IEEE, Microsoft, and Cisco in multiple areas.

Matt has helped to create several intelligent energy technologies covering the entire hydrogen loop and has worked with Army Research Laboratories (ARL), Navy Research Laboratories (NRL), and US Air Force through Trident Specter and other related venues. He has also provided energy remote energy and security solutions for numerous military and commercial projects that include remote energy and security solutions to Cerberus and integrated power and security solutions to Raptorex technologies.
