Kirby is a dedicated entrepreneur with a passion for international business, with more than 20 years experience in full life-cycle product development, over half of which has been focused on renewable energy storage. Kirby has led the manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of consumer and B2B products both domestically and overseas. He understands the importance of strategic relationships, innovation, quality control, and attention to detail.
While living overseas at the beginning of his career, Smith gained valuable understanding of the nuances of doing business in different cultures, from the Pacific Rim to Central Europe to Africa. His career began in Taiwan as an assistant OEM production manager for Lerado Technologies Group. He was quickly promoted to manager and worked in the company’s many offices throughout Asia. While working in this industry, he recognized a need for a resource that would connect American and European companies with Asian-based manufacturers and factories, helping them navigate the language barriers and unfamiliar business cultures. With this knowledge and experience, Smith founded an international product development/procurement company that takes worthwhile ideas and turns them into market-ready product lines.

Jennifer brings nearly 20 years of diverse financial experience across financial services, franchise operations, software, and manufacturing. A significant portion of Jennifer’s career has been dedicated to commercial lending, providing a strong foundation in capital management, risk assessment, and strategic financial planning.
Currently serving as the Vice President of Finance, Jennifer plays a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and operational efficiency. Core responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting and compliance, budgeting and forecasting, treasury management, and capital raising. With a keen focus on aligning financial strategy with business operations, Jennifer is committed to driving sustainable growth, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring business continuity.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado and an Master of Business Administration from Boston University. Pete Baldwin has more than 30 years of international experience in the energy and environmental sectors, with a deep understanding of power generation, energy infrastructure, and sustainability. He has a proven track record of helping organizations achieve long-term energy resilience and cost efficiency through strategic energy planning, microgrid development, and power purchase agreements.
Throughout his career, Pete has held leadership positions across technical, strategic, operational, and corporate roles, providing expertise in energy transition strategies, renewable power integration, and long-duration energy storage. His work has supported utilities, industrial operators, and government agencies in navigating the evolving energy landscape.
His recent focus has been on delivering scalable, cost-effective alternatives to diesel and lithium-based storage, supporting industries and communities in securing resilient, low-cost power. At Harnyss, he is at the forefront of deploying integrated energy solutions that combine solar, electrostatic energy storage, and on-site hydrogen production to ensure reliable and uninterrupted power supply for critical operations.
Mr. Baldwin has extensive experience in energy infrastructure planning, environmental permitting, remediation, and decarbonization strategy for energy and industrial companies across North and South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. He has founded several companies in environmental services, data management, and water conservation, and holds three U.S. patents.
Pete holds a BA in Environmental Management from Texas State University and an Energy MBA from Texas Christian University.

Matt Lack is responsible for the design, production, and monitoring of solid-state hydrogen storage containers, and producing several hydrogen and supercapacitor-driven solutions. He holds several industry certifications from IEEE, Microsoft, and Cisco in multiple areas.
Matt has helped to create several intelligent energy technologies covering the entire hydrogen loop and has worked with Army Research Laboratories (ARL), Navy Research Laboratories (NRL), and US Air Force through Trident Specter and other related venues. He has also provided energy remote energy and security solutions for numerous military and commercial projects that include remote energy and security solutions to Cerberus and integrated power and security solutions to Raptorex technologies.
